Matt Durran

Graduated from Department of Glass & Ceramics, University of Sunderland, Great Britain, 1991.

Since 1994 he has lectured at a variety of international events, most recently at the House
of Commons`s Associate Parliamentary Design and Innovation Group & British Crafts Council.
He is also one of the founder members of the influential artists group New London Glass, 1999- 2009.

His work has been presented in over 20 international exhibitions, contests and museums, including the Metropolitan Museum, Liverpool, UK; Elagin Palace Museum, St Petersburg, Russia, the National Collection of Applied Arts, Lviv, Ukraine.

He has developed glass moulds for medical science and surgeons at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, London, England.
