Nataliya Vladychko
She graduated from the State Institute for Arts & Crafts (IKA), Mechelen, Belgium, 2016. She has also studied at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, Lviv, Ukraine, 1992–1997.
She was awarded the educational grant from the Glass Gallery Aventurijn, the Netherlands, 2014, and also several international art prizes: the International Glass Prize 2015, HET PROCES, Belgium; the Stanislav Libenský Award, the Czech Republic, 2016; the Emerge 2016, Bullseye Projects, the USA.
She has participated in 3 individual exhibitions in Belgium and the Netherlands, including the Galerie Pont en Plas, Ghent, Belgium, 2017, and in a two-person show together with Jits Bakker. She has taken part in 20 collective exhibitions in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, and the USA.
Her artworks are included in the collection of the Ernsting Foundation, Alter Hof Herding, Coesfeld, Germany.
She likes to combine clear, white or black glass and ceramics with other materials, such as wood or metal. Her works are both figurative and conceptual.
Her hobbies are embroidery and walking.
