Dalia Truskaitė

Graduated from the Painting Department at the currently Vilnius Academy of Arts, specialising in monumental painting and stained glass, Vilnius, Lithuania, 1989.
Employed at Vilnius Justinas Vienožinskis Art School as the Deputy Director.
Created 12 stained glass and architectural glass compositions in public and private spaces, 1988–2000. For the past 10 years, she has been working mainly in the field of contemporary art. She creates conceptual objects and installations using glass.
Participated in 6 solo exhibitions in Lithuania, Japan and Germany, and in 49 group exhibitions in Lithuania, Italy, Japan, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Iceland, and Austria.
Her “Cover” installation was presented in Palazzo Loredan, Venice, Italy, during the Glass Week in 2020.
Award for the best ArtVilnius’21 installation presented at the ArtVilnius’21 Contemporary Art Fair.
Curated 10 Lithuanian and international projects and exhibitions.
